Issue: Does Not Accept A Charge

Comments: Return customer. Dropped off computer “it’s not charging but it’s not my charger because I bought a replacement” – and you guys said ok and took my money anyways. Y’all basically said “we got a new charger, and it didn’t work, and that’s all we can do, give us another $22”. I paid you guys $100 to tell me what I already knew.
