The HMO is our in-house and on-site service coverage plan designed to extend and strengthen your standard hardware warranty.

It ensures that your systems are protected beyond the manufacturer’s limitations, reducing downtime and eliminating surprise repair expenses.

All software-related services are not covered under any warranty and will be billable at our normal labor rate.

The HMO must be purchased at the time of equipment sale or invoicing and included as a line item on your invoice.

Cost of Maintenance

Pricing is calculated based on:

  • A percentage of the hardware purchase price
  • An additional on-site service fee (for Platinum plans), based on your distance from our Peru, IL office
