Comments: Our service tech was AMAZING! I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He made sure that I understood what we would need to do in the case of not being able to access our original 365 and helped me along the way. We might need him to dial in next week to help is with the rest of the computers. But we was amazing and patient! Tami
