Comments: my hard drive came in to add free upgrade for security and i asked to have junk dumped also. picked up 2+ weeks later. Got a call another 2 weeks that they had not done the security upgrade and I had to take it back in to have that done. so my free upgrade cost me 2 extra trips from princeton to peru.
