Comments: Liam was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. However, upon learning our firewalls were 13 years old on day one or even day two I wish the team would have taken a step back to suggest it would make more sense to upgrade the firewalls (which was later suggested, and still needs to be done within the next few months).
