Comments: Devon did his job efficiently. Answered all my questions and explained things. He brought 1 memory stick with him and we actually needed 3. That was miscommunication between me and Danielle. John brought 2 more over. That was good service. I like to see a more professional appearance on service people but it is what it is these days. We face some similar issues with our staff working in the community. Thank you.
