Welcome to our Connecting Point Computer Center family Joseph Corsale, an Illinois Valley native.  He has been working with computers since he was a teenager.  Joseph has an Associates’s Degree from IVCC in Computer Networking and Graphic Design.  

He started working with our service team as a Field Technician in June 2021.

As a field technician, he will go out to places of business when a problem happens that’s not able to be fixed remotely. He will also do remote work for smaller jobs or jobs that deal with internet-based solutions. Fixing and repairing residential customers’ PCs is also a task he will perform regularly.
