Comments: My interactions with Ken regarding my Outlook problems were impressive. He is friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful in finding resolutions. Earlier this year, Eric worked with me by phone for 90 minutes to resolve an Outlook problem, and he was fantastic! I’m glad I can support your local business and will return to purchase new equipment when needed.
