Comments:  Jeremy and Liam were absolutely amazing during the computer issues IV Food Pantry was having! The issues were baffling and frustrating me with trying to run the pantry and not having a computer or printer to do my job. I found myself expressing my frustrations to Jeremy (especially) and, let me tell you…. He was a trooper! Not once did Jeremy lose his professionalism, He even admitted and took responsibility of an error he made try to resolve my issues, Thank you Jeremy! When it was realized my issues could not be resolved remotely, Liam came to the pantry and worked on the issues until HE was satisfied with the resolution. I’m really not sure if it was ever determined what was causing the computer and printer issues but, Liam and Jeremy didn’t give up until we were operating efficiently again. Thank you, Jeremy and Liam for your skills and dedication to your customers and your job! I hope Connecting Point knows what a find they have in your two!
