Comments: I actually had resolved the issue myself by calling Microsoft, which I inadvertently took over administrative rights on our Volume Licensing for Office. So I believe, Connecting Point no longer has access to our licensing information, which I found out while Lee was trying to look us up and couldn’t find our account anymore. This actually just made the support call last longer.
