Comments:  I was very discouraged when I found out my operating system for some reason was totally deleted and I was not able to even use e-mail to inquire why Microsoft deleted its operating system. I understand the computer was very old but I have older ones that did not have their operating systems totally deleted. I could have managed without the internet using it without any changes for simple office routines. It was still running when I brought it in for restoration of my Defender when the subscription was still viable. I know the staff tried to solve the problem but a simple fix turned into a $1000+ bill since I had to buy an entirely new computer along with new ancillary devices . It was a very discouraging outcome.
