Comments:  The only person I was in contact with was Tom Hancock and he was VERY patient and helpful in getting my new computer from Connecting Point and answering all my questions. My data on my old computer was transferred to the new computer by unknown CP technician. I was called when that was completed to pick up my new computer. Thank you, Connecting Point!!
