Comments: This is the 3rd or 4th time we had a failure at this location and CPCC was sleeping on the job. We pay for CPCare so that you can supposedly monitor our systems and provide a timely response when something fails yet every single time it is us that has to initiate contact. Next time this happens we will cancel this fictitious service.
