As an elderly person, I don't comprehend or remember certain things, and when I first called Connecting Point, I was immediately blessed with service of the utmost! I was asked what was wrong & was addressed immediately & taken care of. Danielle DeCarlo connected me with the right person ( Trevor Halsey). A very professional person & got me up & running with my new Lenovo computer. Connecting Point is the place for your help or questions! If need be, I will definately call them again & even refer them if the occasion comes up! I can't thank them enough!!!!
