Response: My elderly fathers computer had been hacked, and his computer had been taken over. His computer is older and we were in the phases of looking for a new one for him. I live out of state but happened to remember Connecting Point had helped us several years ago. I called them up and spoke to Danielle and explained the issue. She assured me they could help, and would just need the tower brought in. My father dropped it off and in less than 48 hours later, the technician called. Not only was he able to identify and clean the hacks and malware from this computer, he added on malware block, and ad block to help prevent future attacks. He actually cleaned it up enough this will last a few more years. Huge amount of money saved! They are very reasonable in pricing, and are professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
