Response: I received technical support from Jessica. My Dell laptop was not functioning correctly. I had just done an update as it requested me to. It gives me notices so I do them when they arrive. However, I believe it was the Microsoft updates that had not occurred that affect windows 10 etc. Therefore being outdated the laptop would not function correctly. Jessica did all of her work remotely. And made the necessary updates which occurred over a period of hours as expected. It is working wonderfully now. She was wonderful with her assistance and understanding. I am grateful for her tech-support. Merry Christmas I think you for the opportunity to provide you with this feedback.
