Response: I panicked when my computer failed and am so glad that I chose the trained techs at Connecting Point.  Jessica’s personal contact was always informative and reassuring.  After the installation of a new drive, Jessica agreed to reinstall missed data at no extra charge onto an external hard drive in a timely manner. Then, she was available by phone to assist with my questions re HDMI re-connection and patiently walked me through the process.  I am so grateful for the tech service provided in our area, and for Jessica’s expertise. Phone calls placed to your business were addressed promptly and front desk service was also courteous.  I will never go anywhere else,  or trust other services but yours. Thank you!
