Response: I had a very difficult problem with my computer being locked up. Matt called and explained what he did to resolve the problem and took care of a couple of other issues I had. I am very pleased with your group. It is great to know there are people out there such as Connecting Point that can help keep me straight on problems and resolve them quickly. Thank You.
