Response from client for Customer Feedback - Network Walk Through: John and his technician were very professional. The arrived-on time and got right down to business however, still we able to carry on friendly conversation. They listened to my concerns and needs and offered clear advise that helped me make better decisions on what needed to be done. I even had electronic items left from the previous owner and they advised me to hang on to them and that it was possible the items could be used for our phone service. Being a non-profit organization, I really appreciated that information. Anywhere I can save some money, I'm all for!! Thank you all for the wonderful service!
